All items on the CuteK9 website are available for immediate shipping. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed. All items are sent via Canada Post. Generally we ship using First Class Oversized Mail. If your order is a large one then we may use an alternate method to ship but you will be notified when you receive your shipping confirmation receipt.

      If you live within the United States please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending upon location. It usually does not take that long but if you need an item by a certain date please allow the full 14 days to be on the safe side.

     If you live in Canada, you should recieve your order within 7 days.

      If you live within the UK, Japan or any other countries, please allow 21 days for your order to be delivered.
Once your item has been shipped you will recieve an email confirmation stating your order has been shipped so that you know to expect it. Please keep this email for your reference.
