CuteK9 Return Policy

It is the customer's responsiblity to ensure they measure their dog and order the correct size

If you need assistance in determining the correct size please contact us prior to ordering so that we can help you.

In 99% of the cases, returns are requested because owners did not measure their dog prior to ordering. All Chihuahuas are "tiny", and "tiny" does not always mean the smallest size we carry. CuteK9 only sells tiny clothing and there is a huge difference between a 2.5 lb dog and a 7 lb dog so please take a moment to measure your dog. Returns are not accepted if you did not choose the correct size.

Returned sweaters returned are usually stretched out and unsellable because the owner tried to make a sweater they ordered too small to fit. For this reason we do NOT accept returns so measure your dog PRIOR to placing an order.

For these reasons CuteK9 is unable to accept returns, please order accurately.
